About me: I'm 32 years old my current weight is 288 lbs. After playing sports the first 20 years of my life and having a somewhat active job for the better part of 9 of those years i have taken an office job. My weight has been anywhere between 275 and as high one point of 315. I've been diagnosed as a diabtic w/ high blood pressure and high cholesterol. At 22 years old i weight 215 lbs, i'd love to be that weight again. Hopefully planning my meals, disclipine, and some hard work in the gym will help me reach that goal.
