About me: I want to loose 25 pounds!!! C'mon!!!! Yer!!!! I just turned 40 in November, and while that isn't the main reason or motivation behind my wanting to get healthier I do think that it is a part of it. I have a 16 year old son, and Fiance' whom I will marry in a few months, and a BIG move to the states from the U.K coming up. Due to some health issues and a past of emotional/comfort eating I have over the last year or so gained 25 pounds from 140 - 165. Trying to have a consistent workout routine has been problematic due to some of the issues I am still dealing with due to my accident, but I think getting on track with my diet will help me feel a lot better. I have just started a 90 minute class in Bikram Yoga and I love it. I am still trying to find a regular exercise routine that won't hurt my body. Just over a year or so ago I was running between 50 and 60 miles a week. I find it hard not being able to be active. Anyway, I am feeling good about using all the resources here.
