About me: I've been on Nutrisystem for the past 2 months and have lost 20 pounds so far. I have another 80 - 100 pounds to go.
I lost my job in January and the expense of Nutrisystem has been an issue. I'm also worried about eating dishes you can leave sitting on your shelf for years with no expiration date. All those chemicals just can't be good for you. Besides, I have to transition to healthy eating choices at some point.
I'm using the FitClick Balanced diet now. Just started it with dinner last night. The recommended meals on this plan aren't working for me (too much cooking involved) so I'm modifying the choices to stick with about 1300 calories per day, which is what Nutrisystem averaged. This website makes it easy to plan meals 3-4 days in advance, save and print the plans so I can leave them in the kitchen, and print a grocery list.
