(Wants) wear clothes that are not plus size/look and feel sexy, attractive/look good in high-heel shoes,sexy lingerie, bathing siuts./Wear Short Shorts,Sleeveless Shirts/Beach Vacations, Cruises,Pool Parties,WaterParks/Fit comfortably in my car seatbelt, Airplane and Roller Coaster, Carnival Seats/movie chairs/Bend over and tie my shoes/Feel like I can do anything and that I am not held back because of how big I am. I want people to notice me when I walk by.
(How)Come up with a large Goal,small goals to reach it/ Calorie and Portion Control/DailyFood Plan,Tracking/Overhaul my diet to healthy choices/Stop eating in front of TV/Limit TV time don't sit in front of it all night/Plan and track activity, get an active hobby.
