About me: I've started a work out plan 11 days ago,, consistant of a 1 hour of cardio/stength trainning then another 1 hour in the pool..I'm on a low fat 1500 cal diet plan,, looking to lose weight,,I have a long way tio go before i reach a health weight but this is the frist step in my journey
