About me: A little about me I am 26 years old and a full time student. In early 2012 I was at the biggest I have ever been in my like (196 lbs) now by changing up how I eat and exercising daily I now weigh 141 lbs and was able to join my college Cross Country and through running I was able to surpass my weight loss goal of 140 and stay in shape at the end of the Cross Country season I weighed 135 lbs! That was the smallest I have been since High School.
