About me: I am a 40 year old woman who has always had to watch what I eat, so I do eat rather healthy plus or minus a few drinks on the weekends. I work out 4-6 days a week. I completed my first marathon in March 2010 and have signed up for another one in October, it is a great motivator! I also signed up to do my first tri in September, which is taking place on my 41st birthday. I am doing a lot of training now for my tri and hope that after these two events I will be very fit! I am about 15 lbs thicker than I want to be, I look fit and tone, just larger than I want to be. I am a size 8, but I would love to be back into my size 6 clothes which I am holding on to.
