About me: Hey!
I am 22 and trying to get in great shape! When I went back to school I began to slowly gain weight and have recently noticed that my jeans feel tighter and my clothes aren't fitting as well. I am tall and would like to lose 33 pounds. I currently weigh 178 pounds and would like to be at my goal weight of 145 pounds.
My Goals:
-Make fitness a part of daily life
-Eat foods that enhance my health not hurt it
-Drink enough water every day
-Tone up my thighs and arms!
