Ok well with new years and my husbands b-day I didn't make it to the gym, but still felt pretty good just for being more active! On Friday we went bowling ans Saturday I cleaned the house so that should count as something after all I have 4 kids so it's not an easy chore! Sunday I just relaxed, well hung out with the kids lol!
