I know that this happens, and basically what I have to do about it...but I'm frustrated anyways. I've been working out/eating healthy since November and using FitClick since Jan. So far I've lost 23 pounds, and I have a goal of 25 more. I've been steadily losing about a pound a week, but the last 2 weeks I've lost nothing. I think that this is my 1st plateau. I already work out 45-60 minutes a session and about 6 times a week. I also goal myself to eat 1500 calories or less a day. According to t...
