Ok so it's day 3 and it might be a long day....today I'm fasting with a few of the ladies from my church...Our society is losing youth consistently to too many things. It's same sex attraction, drugs, alcohol, sexual acts, molestation, rape, self affliction, and death. There are many more but today we stand as a unit praying and fasting for their safety from all harm. For me I still have to workout which I've done for the morning. I have a goal of 30lbs. to loose by the middle of June for my 40th birthday. I just started yesterday and my daily goal is about 1200 calories a day. I would like to do some activity everyday but I've already hit a pot hole. I was online to get a reservation for a friend and had the worst time with Delta.
