So I binged today. That's ok I'm back on track after a whopping 1700 cal binge! I was feeling insecure and stressed because I was trying to watch all the kids while my husband was at the movies. It still doesn't put my weight loss at a negative because I have been working out like a mad man, but it shows me that I do still have a problem eating my feelings. I found this really neat (Kinda cheesy) but great podcast that is very motivating. It's called Yell at your Fat and the host has lost 139 pounds and has kept it off. It's really cool to hear some one older than me with so much more weight than I have to lose do it and now be able to run marathons. It really goes to show you that it is possible. I have found that to help me stay motivated with exercise I do better with friends. So tonight we are going to beat the Zumba game on the PS3. It's going to be a celebration of cardio madness! I'm excited. We laugh and dance and get to do that in my living room so there is no stress of people looking. We just dance our hearts out.
