Well, I weighed in after my seven day routine. I achieve one goal this week---I made it five straight days of working out at the gym for an 1 1/2 hour each time. I thought it would pay-off with losing my weight goal of five pounds this week. WELL IT DID NOT !!WTF!!. I got on the scale this morning and it said "191 lbs". I worked my ass off last week and I even drank that nasty ass SlimFast for three days replacing a meal. I also stayed with the diet and calorie

On October 1, 2011, I decided to lose weight. I have tried in the past (eleven years at failing). I have tried several diet pills--it did not work. So now I am trying to actually exercise and eating healthy. I currently weigh 201 lbs. My goal each week is to lose 5 lbs, exercise five times a week (cardio 1 hour, weights 30 min).
