So here I am a two years later from starting my weight loss campaign. I cant say that I am terribly healthier but I am smarter.
Overall I have lost about 35 lbs and kept it off.

Well I have had a pretty good week so far. I have been in my calorie range (2K) and hit both of my workouts for the past two days. The strength training makes me feel great (when I am not sore). I am up to 25 min on my elliptical routine and it feels good as well.
I was pleased to find out that Dave and Busters now has 600 calorie meals. This place is close to where I am working and I was able to have a business dinner there and a healthy meal. I just wish more restaurants would publish ...

I have been using the site about a week at this point. I was not sure if I wanted to keep a journal in the beginning. As I have read the blogs of other users it appears that there is a benefit to journaling about one's progress and sharing experience, challenges and break through moments with the community at large. Keeping a Blog appears to be a very easy way to accomplish this.
Keeping focused and motivated is my primary challenge. I hope that this blog / journal will help me maintain. ...
