So we all know the drill we wake up on a "I feel fat day" and say "this is it I'm on a diet" Then we get those horrible cravings that we try to avoid and end up over indulging. Months roll by and we're 10lbs heavier! Then of course the vicious cycle starts all over again.
I think the key is constant motivation and finding what works for you. Label your weaknesses. (Sweets are my downfall!) Look at your weakness and find out how to change it. For me, I know I ca...
