Lost over 60 lbs, Drop my Blood pressure and Cholestoral to normal no more pills.
I made sure I ate:

NO Salt,
NO Sugar or Sweetners
NO Fats

Took Omaga pills.

Lots of working out, yoga and jogging

Am I the only one that noticed that the number of calories eaten does not show correctly on your home.

Remembering

 The working out is fine love yoga. The hardest part for me is to remember to eat. I forget to eat 3 meals then add 2 snacks in. Breakfast is the hardest meat to remember. So far in 2 weeks I have lost 11 lbs. I always did a workout, it is the eating part that I find very very hard. Plus I hate fruit and veggies, to me they are gross. I started to swallow them whole well holding my nose, for I don't have to teast them or chew them.
