Today is the first day of a new beginning and my first blog entry. Currently I am about 250 lbs and my long term to goal is to drop down to 140lbs. I realize that it took me awhile to pack it on so its going to take a bit of time to lose it. So my theory is to set short term weight loss goals that will be me focus and my confidence up.
