I am Carlyn. I am 23, and have a BMI of 29.1....yikes! I am not "fat". I am just unhappy with myself. I have had to deal with many struggles in the past few years that have made vegging out on junk food and drive through bagged specials all to easy to accept. I used to be very healthy.
