Oops, fell off the wagon for a while. I'm having a difficult time staying on track with all the temptations around. I have a not so great diet and I really need to take out processed foods, thats a biggie. Also, I need to do more exercise. I was doing really great for a couple days in a row and stopped. Wow it is crazy how quickly calories add up. I hate to think how many I've eaten in a day!! Today is a pretty decent day so far. Except the bagels, nutella and snickers i ate... ha ha ha i seriously have a problem with chocolate. Oh well just another thing to work on. Before my workout today i took some "No Explode" love the stuff! totally worth the money (50$ a jar) works fabulous! I had so much energy all the way through my workout. Well hopefully i stay on...

Well, I've been "fat" since i was just starting middle school. I never knew much about nutrition, I would eat Spaghettios, raviolis, ramen noodles, pizza rolls, hot pockets, candy, and just lots of carbs and pastas. I come from a family that loves to cook and eat even more so it was an obvious one that I was going to be heavier set.
