So today has been an ok day. I am just trying to keep track of what i am eating and then going to look at what I need to change, in order to start losing weight.
I know I need to start eating more often to kick my metabolism into gear, and start drinking more water.
I hate the how water is so bland, does anyone have any suggestions...I have tried the crystal light packets and they are ok but get tiring after a while and they have aspartame in them and trying to sta...
