The beginning of week 3 starts tomorrow morning. I am so damn discouraged. I have been doing this circuit workout and I have been working out pretty hard. And I am gaining weight. I put on some pants today that are always loose no matter how much weigh I gain and they were tight. I cant even believe that. I think if I wake up fat one more damn day Im going to scream. Today I did not have much of an apetite. I dont know why. I did not eat until 1:00pm. I had fried drumstick and a like 1/2 of cup of mashed potatoes. I ended up running on the treadmill for an hour even though that was not my plan initially. Afterwards I had a meal from el pollo loco. I ended up getting a chicken breast, wing, rice and beans and all of that equaled up to 1000 calories. I think that is a little too much but thats what the calorie calculator...

So I found out how to do the calorie counter yesterday, love it! I didnt have a good day overall, but diet and exercise wise i did pretty well. I did my circuit training for the second time today and it was way eaisier. I adjusted it so it I feel way more comfortable doing it. I think I am effective because I try to do it less than 45 minutes which means I am not taking a lot of breaks and I am burning max amount of calories. No workout today, but i did take the time out to revise my circuit training for tomorrow. I am having a hard time with cutting back my carbs. Today I had shredded left over chicken on a whole wheat bun, some wheat thin crackers with happy cow cheese wedges, i used the shredded chix on a whole wheat wrap. For dinner I had a lean cuisine panini with a baked potatoe. No veggies. I mean I dont think that is a bad diet but its too much carbs for one day. I guess I need to eliminat...

Today I had an ok day. I had a healthy breakfast with oatmeal and turkey bacon, however I went to Chilis for lunch and had the grilled chicken tacos with the chix enchilada soup. I believe my lunc total was about 1500 calories so I tried to have a small dinner. I had two bbq chicken breast, broccoli and a baked potatoe. I walked on the treadmill for an hour. Today I did a circuit workout I found on the website. It was pretty difficult but I did complete most of it in addition to doing 45 minutes of cardio. My diet was good. I had oatmeal and turkey bacon for breakfast, sweet potatoe fries (baked) and 3 grilled chicken strips for lunch, and 2 salmon fillets with sweet peas and green beans for dinner. So far I believe I had a good day today. I hope I can keep this momentum and discipline up when I start working and my days get more filled.
