I wish dieting and exercise had an "easy" button like the Staples (r) commercials. This is the hardest thing I've had to do in ages. I feel so defeated most days because I havn't mustered up the will power to exercise and say no to the late night Mickey D's run. I am losing patience with myself but I know I can't afford to quit. I'm so tired of myself and these lame excuses. I know if I don't get a grip soon I will reach the point of no return. Well here goes nothing... I'm ready ...

So, here I am 31, single, and ready to lose weight...again! I have been on every major diet and a few minor ones too. I'm so tired of the yo-yo dieting. The thing that really got me to look at things differently is the fact that my friends, family, and even co-workers seem to think it's ok to discuss my weight. Most of the time the comments are out of concern but it stiil makes me feel inadequate. I really want to prove to myself that I am capable of meeting the challenge of losing alm...
