hello
so i am new to all this working out, and eating right stuff. i have been riding my in place bike everyday to slowly work myself up. i dont know how to stop myself from eating junk... i have a jucier at home but i dont like cleaning it up.. so i dont use it!
does anyone have any tips for easy morning jucies. HELP!!!!
