So, I have weighed 123 for a while now. I weighed 118 when I got to college ans gained 5 pounds. Im hoping I can lose 8 pounds and keep it off. Any suggestions? I feel like I have no self control and have tried and tried to eat healthy, but the late college nights and dinner at 5 leaves me feeling hungry later on. Help me!
