For me its actually Jan 18th but I find it easier to record the day already gone. I was somewhat peeved at having to do this before, but I see the benefit of it for me now.

The last few entries I read were from 2011 and they really seemed to be full of excuses and reasons for not doing anything. No more!
This is 2013 and its the 4th day into the new year.
I've read over some of the exercise plans and they seem pretty good. I've selected a beginner program that I can do or at least start on.

I've only just recently come across this site and it's much better than some of the others I've seen. Takes a fair bit of time to get it worked out though.
I'm pretty heavy and have been all my life, but now its to a degree that I"m older and really feeling it. I don't want to become so overweight that I'm a lump on a couch, wheezing whenever I stand. But sadly its getting to that state!
Ok.. so.. diet and exercise.. thats what I need to concent...
