Well, I have been working out strong for over a month now...trainer three times a week, zumba at least three times a week, and cardio at the track at least 2 times a week. And the numbers on my scale are not moving!!!! Not even a little!! I would like to lose at least 20lbs or more, but I know it is hard with my eating habits. I work night shift and Im not eating enough protein. I snack a lot on pointless foods! I hope this site gives me motivation and support...
