I had lost 4lbs when I weighed this morning! I haven't been exercising yet either...not more than my daily activities. I've been able to enjoy good food...even though I've got to cut out the potato chips and ice cream..

What an encouragement this morning!

It is so exciting to be starting on this diet! This morning I woke up early and just knew today would be the day to start on this journey. It is going to be wonderful to see the progress and know that I am making changes that will make me healthier. I have never been on a weight loss plan, so there is a lot to learn.
