I went to the doctor today. My blood pressure is way to high. I'm feeling very blue because I thought I was getting it under control :(

Today was very stressful for me! I went for a extra walked to help me relax. It worked! Yeah :)

The evening is the worst time for me. I stay up late so I can pick my husband up from work. I fight the urge of eating. It's been very hard!
