I have lost my total body weight at least 1 so far in my life. up and down i go i don't have a prob losing the weight. I started working out again because i thot i was doing ok but the scale said you suck so i have been working out for a week and 3 day. i steeped on the scale and i have lost 15 lbs. i work out every day. no sugar in my food or drinks. no more than 2 slices of bread a day hole wheat. no hamburger meat only chicken and fish.no Fred foods,or butter,or miracl
