Oh yes I did!! I lost 3 pounds this week. Weighed in at the beginning of my time here at this website at 197.6. Weighed myself last night: 194.5!!!! I'm so excited. I've heard people say that the first 10 and the last 10 are the hardest. I'm 30% complete with the first 10. Then the next 30 should go easy! (haha, yeah). Found that swimming has really been a great way to exercise for me. A

Today I took the stairs up all six floors and down all six floors twice. I also made three trips to the third floor, which is equal to half of going all the way up and down. I'm quite proud, because the elevator at work is very nice. But I can get to the third floor faster than the elevator can even get to my floor to get me. So I'm going to continue taking the stairs, as hard as it is. I
