Workout routine comments

Hi I am 46 y/o and over weight (of course thats why I am on here) and trying to lose about 60 lbs. I am on my ownlow fat eating plan and am doing really good with that as far as sticking with it. I am thinking about starting curves in the next few days. I have to start out slow because last year I had three surgeries and still trying to gain my strength back. I am doing good but, still not myself . You know? Has anyone gone to curves and have any ideas on how I can make it work for me fast or at least lose weight in a faster pace. Thanks for reading, Konie
