Workout routine comments

dambro I would suggest taking the stairs at work if you have them. Or if not take a15 minute walk on your lunch break or 2 10 minute walks during coffee breaks. Also I dont know how young your children are but when my children were really young we would have crawl races in the house. You would be suprised just how much cardio you can get by crawling at a fast rate. Good luck to you. I hope you reach your goal!

I need help trying to squeeze cardio into my day. I have to make this a priority but being a workaholic (12-14 hours a day and an hour commute on each end of the day) and balancing that with family I cannot find time for working out. This is where I always fail! Any suggestions
