Description: Cornbread Dressing made w homemade cornbread and turkey broth
Ingredients:  Makes 20 servings (10 cups)

crumble prepped homemade cornbread

add torn white bread (small pieces)

put chopped celery and onion on top of breads - don't mix yet

add sage and pepper on top - don't mix

pour BOILING hot broth over celery, onion and spices - hot broth will start to cook vegs. should be pretty soupy. Mix together

add eggs and mix

heat (pre-seasoned) iron skillet until smoking

pour mixture into hot skillet

bake at 350 for one hour. Done when knife comes out clean when stuck into middle of dressing.
