Well, I've done the cardio and sculpting DVD's. I'm sore, but ok. The 30 day shred was just killing my knees. I particularly like the cardio DVD. It has real people more like me, fat and out of shape. I find it interesting that I dropped 3 pounds in one day. My scale is in the same place, on a hard surface, and I weight myself at roughly the same time every morning, right before I get in the shower. I can't figure out what's going on with my weight. I weight myself at the same time every morning, right before I get in the shower. I don't understand how it went up when I've haven't cheated on my diet at all. Granted it only went up .4 but still.
I went and bought 2 new workout dvd's at lunch. I got the biggest loser cardio and sculpting workouts that were advertised on the 30 day shred. I think the 30 day shred is simply too advanced for me righ

Ok, as far as diet goes I'm pretty much following the weight watchers. I really wanted this to track my workouts. I've been doing the weight watchers thing off and on for almost 3 months now and have lost 20 pounds. I have a looooong way to go. I can't seem to stay motivated to workout. I started the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred today. Couldn't come close to doing it all, but I plan on sticking with it for the 30 days to see where it gets me. As far as ...
