I just started my new way of eating!!! dont want to say dite because it has never worked for me before; so I set up my meals for the first few days, stuff I already have in the house, and im haveing a little trouble with my carb intake, but Im making new food list today, so I hopeing for the best , see results soon....I just walked a brisk 30 min walk with two little inclines and could feel it in my legs :) No pain no Gain!!
