So i skipped on on writing on day 1....kinda feel like its a jinx to start from day 1 and go on...usually thats when i give up (or at least have in the past). So a little about me: im 24 (25 in February) and i want to get back down to the weight i was at 18 and the fitness level i was at (135 and worked out 30 mins a day x 6 days a week). I am currently at 161, which is actually good for me considering in september when i left my ex husband i was at 185. So all in all, i have already starte...
