I have a problem with my sugar going low around the noon hour. I need ideas on morning protin with low fat I might be able to use to keep my sugar up before the lunch hour. I am using a 1500 calorie intake for each day. I dont usually eat breakfast but need a say 10:00 snack that will keep my sugar up till lunch as per my Dr suggestion but needs to be low in fat. Any Ideas?
