new to blogging and illiterate to computers!

I hit rock bottom 3 weeks ago and called Nutri system tosee about doing this.  My husband was afraid I would not like the food and not be able to do this.  He suggested buying all weight watcher meals and the products and do a trial first doing this.  So I did.  I have lost 10.4 lbs and so him and my daughter are doing it too.  But I still need the support and I had heard this would help so here I am baring my soul hoping to get help  and help others.
