Ok, so I'm starting this blog...
I weigh 152 :oO (hard to admit!)
My goal is to reach 135... and keep it....
Started working out 30 minutes a day since Monday Feb. 1. I'm terrible with diet, I can work out though. I've tried the low carb diet (I've lost weight on that before)... but now that I actually cook and my food tastes good, it's hard.
