Okay so I am going to try a few different things this week! Didnt lose any weight this week. Gonna try adding more protein to my diet (thnx 4 the tip) I have officially lost 6 pds but that was during my first two weeks. The third week nothing. Okay, so this is my second week on a low calorie diet. WEll low compared to what I used to eat. Its for 1,350 -1,450 calories per day. I started off at 175 puonds and lost 4.5 pounds the first week. But I have been having some trouble this week. I have gotten really hungry and have gone over my calorie intake 3 times this wk. Although not too much of an increase its still upsetting.
