After a 3000 mile move and a marriage, I have put on about 25 pounds of "Happy weight" and today is day one on eating right again and tomorrow brings day one of exercise. Can't wait to get back to my high school weight. May goals are to eat 1500- 1700 calories a day along with an extremely high intensity work out 6 days a week. My husband and I are starting the work out program Insanity together along with walks along trails in the great outdoors and swimming
