A couple of months ago I bought the kettleworx system. It included a dozen videos and a kettle bell. (I had read several articles on the effectiveness of kettle bells and decided to try it out.) It doesn't seem to matter how far I look back, I don't remember a time that I was actually at a healthy weight. Even when I was 7 I struggled with weight and continue with that same struggle today.
Over the past few years I have become really interested in fitness and nutrition. I have experimented with different diets and read tons of articles and books on the subject. However, with all the information available, it's very difficult to tell what is the truth or just fiction.
