Day 1:
I usually make brekfast for myself no problem, so breakfast ws easy. It's my absolute favorite meal of the day, and though it was small in portion, it was still absolutley delicious!
I ate breakfast at 9:30 a.m, and then ran at 10:00 a.m.
That way I stil have my carbohydrates for my body to burn to get energy.
Although, I did forget to drink my whole bottle of water before I ran.
