I could have done better yesterday but at the same time, I could have done much worse too.
My weight is up and down and all over the place but it may be from water retention.
Yesterday morning, my feet were swelled up really bad and that's never happened before, also my heart rate was really up.
Today I'm going to my nephews' going-away party and not sure how I'll do.

Since I am so major of a sweet freak, I was doing a little research and come across where someone was talking about Chocolate Whey Powder Shakes.
I haven't done a lot of research on this but would like to and writing it here so that I have a reminder to do so. :-)

I'm guessing that I didn't get to this weight over night and I can't expect to lose it over night either [darn it! LOL]
Not always a good idea is where I buy a box of cereal bars and then eat the whole darned box of them. Ugh ... what is wrong with me?!!
One good thing that did happen though is that after procrastinating since last fall, I finally went acrossed the street

I didn't do so good yesterday to begin with and I'm sure it didn't help any that I stopped at the Chinese restaurant after church last night, huh?
Oh well, today is a new day so I can start fresh.
I'm sure it won't seem as bad once I cut down on eating and my stomach shrinks some so I don't feel as hungry.
