I fought the urge to eat bread this evening...I won tonight and I am excited about...I love carbs..don't get me wrong...however, I have noticed since I have made a decison not to eat too much bread or pasta...wow..how great my stomach feels...it is not where I want it to be (of course) --- but it does not feel bloated...feels smoother and I like that...and that is my motivation to not eat bread...to say NO! Thanks for keeping me accountable...talk soon!

I have done really well with my eating and keeping control -- for the most part!! However, yesterday evening...I was a bit to ambitious with drinking martini's!!  Too many empty calories...a lot of calories...and not good for me...hasn't been good for me today either!! So I am annoyed with myself for that...but - all  in all for this past week - excluding martini's -- I am pleased with myself...My stomach is feeling much better a bit flatter...so the eating and the extra cardio is payi...

Been to the gym this morning...feel great for that! 
I am wanting to keep track of calories burned here on fitclick...
however...I have not learned how to track my calories...I input
an exercise and it calculates for me...I don't like that too much...
I have a heart rate moniter which tells me exactly what I have 
burned...and so far I can't figure out how to upload my calories 
burned info...a little frustrated about that...but, overall it is 
a very good day I am having;)

Good Morning...New Day, New Week!  Very pleased with myself...got back to the gym this morning...so happy for that...love it.  Took a protien shake with me to drink after workout and felt wonderful drinking...knowing that is good for my muscels and getting my stomach flatter eventually!  I am doing my best to pay attention to how food affects me ... and it is helping me to make better food choices and keep portion sizes down.  Portion sizes is where I have screwed up so m

Saturday morn...would  like nothing more than go to gym...doesn't open till 8am...I have to be at the office for 9am this morning...will have to try and get in later today...we will see...I usually don't do gym on weekends..I am an avid M-F kind of gal...however, I had not been able to go last week - due to medical issues...so that is why I have been even more focused on eating better!! No Lunch -

Today - I did not take a lunch with me, I was supposed to have a lunch date, they cancelled...saying they were not feeling well..possibly the case...I did not take lunch with me for that reason today...thankfully, I did take a smoothie with me though, so that helped..also my 90 cal cereal bars, along with tuna and crackers that I keep on hand.  Need to get my office fridge stocked up with a few more healthy staple items...want to get a basket of fruit going on as well. Mon, Tues and today -- I have done really well with taking lunch to work with me.  It has been a turkey salad..nothing overly exciting...turkey lettuce and measured amount of salad dressing..however, really tasty and good! I should be eating around 1450 calories a day to be losing weight.  I will be glad to get back to the gym and moving again in more intense sort of way! I am doing this. I know that I have the drive and the ambition to do. I have conquered smoking and go to the gym reguarly! Will do and keep you posted.

Today - end of first day...glad I did not succumb 
to temptation while grocery shopping. I decided today, I 
am no longer going to whine about allowing food to control 
me.  I control what food I put in my mouth, how much I choose 
to put in mouth and when I choose to put in my mouth. 
I have discpline to go to the gym every M-F...have done
for the past 2 years. I control this also!
