First I'll start off by talking about yesterday--I ate out with a friend--chose a side salad and a grilled chicken sandwich--didn't eat the bun to save calories. Then that evening I was out to eat with my parents--I got a meal on the "Under 500 Calories" section, so I shouldn't have gone over much on my points. I walked 2 miles yesterday as well. As of now, I still have 3 points left and I'm sure I'll use them--I'm starving! Early evening today I was in a 3 mile race that I planned on walking si...

Good evening! Today I took advantage of being able to sleep in, now that the school year is over. I ate rather well. I still have 4 points left, which I'm hoping to use on popcorn after the hubby gets home from the field--praying it doesn't rain though and he can work late. I had some cookies today, but a salad and fruit for lunch and didn't need a snack this afternoon. Before supper I walked 2 miles. Tomorrow I meet a friend for lunch, so hopefully I don't go overboard--it's really my first tim...

I just got done with a 2 mile walk--I knew I had to make things different today! For lunch I ate a bowl of strawberries and bananas, and a lettuce salad--which came out to be no points. I still have 25 left for the day!!! I need to work hard--only a few days until my first vacation of the summer...praying I can stay on track while there too!

Happy Memorial Day! What a beautiful, bright, sunshiny day...minus the wind! It's about time this weather straightens out. Today is the start of summer as many say--summer brings BBQs, get togethers with family and friends, and great opportunities to be outside! Yesterday I did not exercise as I felt like complete crap. Today will be different though. I did have success with following my eating plan though. I hope you all have a blessed day!

3am alarm was a tough one today--especially when feeling awfully sore from my BenderBall workout yesterday! Don't have time to exercise today as I'm trucking with my husband, so I need to try to eat healthy. I was ecstatic when we left the house, he showed me what food he packed for me--apples, yogurt, jello, and don't forget...caffeine!!! He's been really supportive of me lately with this weight loss journey. Last night I ended up with enough points that I could have some ice cream..and it was ...

Well I weighed myself this morning and I have lost 4 lbs in about 2 weeks. I was able to move my belt loop yesterday! I thought--oh my--that can't be! WOOHOO!! :) Using WeightWatchers Points Plus is working so far! I did my BenderBall workout today--both ab workouts and also the buns/thighs one. I forgot how much they induce my migraines though--will have to take those workouts in strides--or choose my days wisely. Hoping to begin Zumba this weekend! Tonight, I also walked a mile in town with f...
