Snowy Day

Well, today I went a bit off my eating plan yet still stayed under calories. We had a pretty good snow fall, so I help my wife shelve the walkways of our building complex. What a great 2 hour  work out!! I can already feel my shoulders starting to stiffen up and my back seems to have made it though with little to no pain.. so that is a good thing. Maybe I am finally starting to get some where. Tomorrow is a new day, and I plan on sticking to my eating plan and no more cheating. I don't...

Today was a great day, even though the weather sucked...lol... After work I came home and went for a 20 minute walk and then did the first day of my 30 day challenge of wii active . I drank plenty of water so much that I think my co-worker thinks there is something wrong with me.. lol... thats ok though, I keep this up and I am sure to reach my target before i know it.... I love this site...

A New Day

I took some days off not really sure why. But today was a new day I was careful as to what i ate and I walked for a little over a mile. I feel like today is the day I am getting back on track. From the first day up until my last weigh in i lost 2lbs. Tomorrow I will weight in when i get up before i get dressed so i have an accurate total. My goal is to lose at least 2lbs a week. By august I hope to have lost at least 20lbs. That is my short term goal. My long term goal is 105lbs. I know if ...

Blah Day

hi today wasn't to bad but the weather sucks kind of put a downer on the what I had planned for excerise. I entered all my food that have I have eaten and when I looked at the total count. I was kind of disappoint in myself. Up until today, I have been below my calorie count. I am not sure if that is so good but I figure its better then being over and eating things I really should't eat. Today my soduim count was really high.
