This is a new day. I started out good and ate a healthy breakfast, nothing fat and sugar laden. I even took my vitamins and my Bob Harpers weight loss pills for a little help. We'll see how the rest of the day goes. :)

Today I done pretty good. Stayed on track. I had my larger meal earlier in the day. Made a wonderful crunch nut salad for dinner. I am so tired of watching other people on tv shows ie. Biggest Loser and Our Fat Weigth Loss Journey. If I could turn off my brain I might do ok. Lets see how I do tomorrow. Lots of errands to run and I'm 90 percent sure I will be eating out tomorrow. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Well I started out really good to day, boiled egg and flax toast for breakfast. But then there was lunch, had lots of errands to run ended up at Arbys and lo and behold I had one of their fish sandwiches. OMG there is more tha 500 calories in that thing. Its to late now I ate it. I ate healthy for dinner. I guess two out of three isn't bad. I stayed within my calorie limit but the fat content was so high. Sigh~...

Here I go again, I gained 30 pounds between October and December(sucks). Today is a new beginning, I'm trying to make good choices and stay kind of low carb. I done ok with breakfast then along came lunch, we had leftover Johnsonville brats so I thought I would have them for lunch, I made it through half of one and realize I was falling of the wagon. They are so high in fat. Bad chooices is what got me where I am not. Lets see how I do at dinner.
