I am starting to feel a little discouraged.  I've been trying hard everyday, for the last two weeks.  Watching every single calorie that slips into my body - work out so hard that I sweat the ear buds out of my ears and nearly break down to tears from the burning sensation in my muslces. - and the only thing I can see is that my bra is not fitting as nicely - the girls are not sitting as high.  This is a total JIP - the one place I didn't MIND being big...

Well, a couple of weeks ago, an Elliptical Trainer kicked my butt - Big time.  I jumped on, set the timer for 10 minutes and off I went.  Holy Man!!  I was tuckered within the first minute!  And the kicker was, when I stopped, so did the Timer... I didn't think that was very cool.
So, over the course of the last few days I've been able to eventually get to 5 minutes, but I hadn't been keeping track of how long it actually took me to get there, or how much...

Back on Track

I've got good news and bad news.. first the good, or should I say the great news?  I lost 5lbs last week!  Wow :) I was scared to get ont he scale, because I waited until Monday, and I really splurged over the weekend.  On Friday, because my birthday was on Saturday, the hubby and I went out to dinner.  I had a 10 oz steak and salad, but we shared a Dairy Queen waffle bowl sundae afterwards.  I figured, "Why Not? Can't sleep!

I haven't been able to get a proper nights rest for the last 3 nights and it is killing me.  Last night was not so bad, I think I finally fell asleep at 2:30am.. but the night before I was still up at 4:30!  I then about the time I'm settled and having a good ol' snooze, the alarm goes off and I have to get up.  Of course I hit snooze 3 times, and end up being 1/2 late to work. 
I'm not sure why I'm having trouble.  In the past, I'd be snoring in 5 minutes.&...

I am 31, going to be 29 again real soon - by b-day is coming up this weekend, I think...
I am about 175 lbs over weight, more if you go by the standard 130 lbs is healthy for 5'6"...  I can't imagine myself being 130 lbs.  I was 160lbs in grade 6.. I don't ever remember being less than that - although Iguess I must've been at some point or another.
