Well as Tom and I sit here watching the news together I feel such this great energy to start this program I really need to get into shape and the only one stopping me is myself, I know that I need to get up off the couch and just get going don't be afraid to start something I may not be in the best shape to start, but hell I am going to start I am going to monitior everything from here on out and with Thanksgiving only days away I plan to stick to my diet I don't want this to be just a week
